Root Qmobile Noir A50

After extracting the two files — Root_Qmobile_Noir_A50_1 and Root_Qmobile_Noir_A50_2, you’ll see 3 more sub folders
  • AndroidControl
  • drivers
  • recovery
and one .ZIP file
  • MTK6577_Universal_Root (Don’t extract/unZIP it)

in the same directory.
Now copy Recovery.img from “recovery” folder into “Android Control” folder. Now let’s head towards the next step.

2. Rooting:

First of all make sure you backup all your personal data i-e: SMS, Contacts, Images, Apps and other imporatant data before rooting with MyBackupPro app or any other application you love.
Now connect your mobile to your computer via USB. Before connecting make sure you’ve enabled USB Debugging in Developer’s Option located in Settings in your Qmobile Noir A50 Smartphone.
Now backup your all files to your computer cause we’re going to root your phone and all the data will be wiped after the root.
Now copy the MTK6577_Universal_Root.zip file into your  Mobile’s SD_Card — This .ZIP file will be used on rooting.
Now go back to the “drivers” folder which we got after extracting the first two files and install all the necessary drivers from previously extracted root folder.
The drivers are available for Windows XP users, Windows 7 users and for Windows  8 users.
If you are using Windows XP, use the following guide to root Qmobile Noir A50

  5. Scroll down where you see “Add New Hardware” option. Open it up, select “Install a hardware that I manually select from the list”
  6. Click on “Next” and then select “Show all devices”
  7. Browse to the “Drivers” Folder which we got by extracting the above two files after extracting them.

If you’re using Windows 7/8, use the following guide to root Qmobile Noir A50
If you’re using Windows Vista/7/8 then open “RUN”  from the Start Menu. In the run search bar, type “hdwwiz”. It’ll open “Add a hardware” then select show all devices. Browse to drivers folder and then select “android_winusb.inf” open it up and install all of them one by one.
After doing the above steps, disconnect your device from your computer and turn it off by pressing the power button for a few seconds.
Now this step is bit difficult, turn on your device again by pressing VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER BUTTON. Once the phone is turned on, it’ll boot into the “recovery” menu from where you’ll root your phone.
Once it’s successfully booted into “recovery”, you’ll see two options i-e: (Recovery Mode and Factory Mode)
You’ve to head towards the Recover Mode by pressing the VOLUME UP and select it with VOLUME DOWN button.
After selecting the recovery mode, you’ll see three more options. From those three options, select “Fastboot Mode” in the same way we selected “recover mode” above.
Once you’re done selecting Fastboot mode, connect your mobile to your computer. Copy the “Recovery.img” from the Recovery folder included in root folder which we extracted above. Copy this file into AndroidControl folder.
After doing this, open Command Windows in Android Control panel by Shift+Right Click on any empty space and select “Command Window Here”
Now type the following lines in CMD
cd C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\AndroidControl
After pasting this, hit enter button. When you’re done doing this, type the following command again the CMD
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
It’ll start flashing your phone and it’ll show the stats of files copied in your phone.
Once it’s completed. The process will be stopped. Now it’s time to disconnect your phone from computer and turn it off. If your phone is not turning off, you’ve to take out the battery and put it back in your phone.
Turn your phone on again intro “Recovery Mode” like we did earlier. It’ll open CWM Recovery. Once you have place the MTK6577_Universal_root.zip on your SD_Card it’ll be loaded and files will be copied.
